For sale is a Northwest Coast cedar carved and painted mask.
The grain of the cedar enhances the beauty of the mask.
The carving around the eyes, nose, and mouth is indicative of a very talented carver.
It is 11″H X 6 3/4″ W X 6″ D and in very good condition with cedar bark braided trim on top of the mask.
It is signed “Christine Robert July 87”.
This is a gallery quality carved and painted mask that would be a great addition to any native art collection.
