Description
For sale is a vintage Native American silver and turquoise necklace with bear paw tracks links design.
Bear paws are considered a way of summoning the power of the animal spirit or as an indication of the presence of the spirit. Bear paw tracks are a symbols of authority and leadership.
On each side of the naja are 3 links in the form of a bear paw print: 3 left & 3 right. Each link paw link is 2 1/2 X 1 inch and very well designed.
From the patina, I would say this necklace is definitely an older piece.
The centerpiece or naja is left and right bear paw prints. The measurement of the naja is 2 3/4 X 2 inches.
This necklace is 292 grams, 32″ long and in fine condition.
I have been selling native jewelry on line since 1999 so buy with confidence.
